Graham Life Services is an independent insurance agency licensed to sell Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug Plan, and related insurance products. We are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program. We do not offer every plan available in your area; any information we provide is limited to the plans we offer. Content on the Site is provided for general educational purposes and is not a guarantee of coverage, eligibility, premium, or benefits. Plan details change every year; always confirm details with the plan’s official documents or a licensed agent before making a decision. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, or medical advice.
3. Contacting Us and Consent to Communications
When you submit a form, schedule an appointment, or otherwise provide your contact information, you agree that a licensed agent from Graham Life Services may contact you by phone, email, or text message about Medicare insurance options and our services. 4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to text messages from Graham Life Services — by checking the consent box on one of our forms, scheduling an appointment, texting us, or agreeing verbally with a licensed agent — you agree to the following:
- Program description: You will receive text messages from Graham Life Services, which may include appointment confirmations and reminders, requests to update your doctor and prescription information, plan-review follow-ups, and occasional information about Medicare enrollment periods and our services.
- Message frequency: varies based on your interaction with us.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, call (706) 749-7001, or email contact@graham.life.
- Carriers: supported carriers may vary; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: your mobile number and opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site, submit a form, or opt in to our text-messaging program. By using the Site you represent that you are 18 or older. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
